The Challenge
Students living on the university campus had no fast, structured way to report faults and issues in common areas and residences.
Reports reached campus staff through informal channels like phone calls and emails, with no centralized system to collect, classify, and track them. This caused delayed interventions, lost reports, and no visibility into the resolution status of issues.
The Solution
We built Unicamp, a web and mobile application that lets students report campus issues on their own, describing the problem and attaching photos directly from their smartphone.
Reports reach campus staff in real time, who can view, classify, and promptly act on every reported issue.
